In keeping with its commitment to quality customer service, the Company undertakes regular technical training and skills development to its people. The intensive training program serves to equip its sales and service personnel with timely and relevant product knowledge, thus enabling them to effectively answer customer inquiries and provide appropriate recommendations to suit customer needs.

With participation of its foreign principals, the Company conducts technical and product seminars in key cities to update plant and electrical engineers with the latest advances in the electrical business.

Our Service Department is composed of technically - skilled personnel who are entrusted with quality control of all the ZEISC products. They carry out product testing and evaluation, service, assembly and installation.

The Company offers other professional services such as free technical consultation and free lighting design using computer software that provide information on:

 
  • Average lumens of the area
  • Graphical representation layout
  • Test different types of fixture that can be used in specific lighting project.
